Anyone can create one, from their own wallet, and most of them will go to zero. Before
you connect a wallet or send a transaction, read and acknowledge the following.
This is experimental software on Ink mainnet. The pad, the locker and the pool's hook have no
owner and cannot be paused, upgraded or reversed by anyone, including us.
Tokens launched here are not vetted. A launch is a picture, a name and a
curve. It says nothing about the people behind it, and neither do we.
A creator can set a tax of up to 10% on every trade, paid to them whole, on
top of the 1% fee: on the curve, and after the bell on every swap on the Uniswap v4 pool,
where the pool's hook takes it from the quote side. It is fixed at launch and shown on
the token's card and in every quote; the quote on screen includes it.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here
is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.
A curve is thin by construction. The price moves sharply in both directions, and a
token's value can fall to zero at any time and for any reason.
A launch is paired with ether, the desk's token or a tokenised share, and is
priced in it: a launch paired with a share moves with that share as well as with its
own curve. You can pay with anything the floor trades; the conversion runs through
the floor's venues in the same transaction, at their prices and their fees.
A tokenised share is somebody else's contract. Its issuer can upgrade it.
The pad has no owner and cannot be changed; the share can. If an issuer ever
freezes a share, every curve and every pool paired with it stops with it, and
nothing here can move them. A pair with ether or with the desk's token carries no
such issuer.
Buying a share on the floor moves its price. Sourcing a whole target's worth of a
share in one order costs several percent of impact on top of the curve's 1%, and
the same again on the way out; the quote on screen already includes it. Each launch
that graduates in a share locks about one percent of that share's supply on Ink in
its pool, for good.
Trades are sent from your own wallet and cannot be reversed. The site holds nothing
of yours and sells nothing of its own.
